BACKGROUND OF OUR COMPANY

The legal firms of Intesol Legal Inc and Bekker Huang Inc merged to form Bekker Vorster Pillay & Associates Incorporated as from September 2005. Adv Anton Alberts became a senior partner and shareholder on the 1st November 2007, which changed the legal firm's name to Alberts Bekker Vorster Pillay & Associates Incorporated
